Kit Design Tutorial for BeginnersHere

The Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) takes in both club and international teams - as well as some fictional teams - and the 388th stage was the turn of the Latvia national team.

The Latvijas Futbola federācija (LFF) representative side carry a quite modern badge on their chests currently, and a CRCW stage isn’t necessarily a condemnation of an incumbent, but there’s no reason to not provide alternatives.

And alternatives are what we got. Fifteen eventually appeared on the voting page, and they included another modern approach from j.amej that did interesting things with the wolf emblem.

Indeed, the 11 vilki (11 Wolves) could carry worse things on their chests, and jpcrest_ didn’t eschew the contemporary stylings whatsoever, while incorporating the association initialism into a slightly more timeless shield.

Corinth’s entry is something of a blinged up version of that, with the gold delivering bronze on the podium, while Aegon didn’t go with the trademark circle/roundel badge on this occasion, bagging silver.

uni0 eventually came out on top, with a shield housing a somewhat cartoonish wolf howling. Can’t argue with that, right?
