I'm interested to know how this would differ from a man's shirt.

Just in color. Similar to how the women of the Japanese national team use pink trim rather than red trim on their home shirt, but with the same exact template.

I dont really get this, the colours youve used dont really connect to Korea, if you had used the colours of the Sam Saeg-ui Taeguk, this would have been awesome, instead of the unpleasant colours on the middle panel (which has a great jagged design otherwise).

Changing the colour to pink works for Japan (Cherry blossom), I dont think it has the same relevance for Korea.
