I think I understand what you mean, it just doesn't translate very well IMO.

maybe break up the stripes to be in blocks of three, reinforces adidas's branding and gives the shirt a bit more white-space.

I like the design but not sure it works as a Spurs home kit, change the white to yellow and you've got a really nice away kit for them though.
